Last month my mom’s air conditioner went down. She called her AC company who promptly came out and told her they couldn’t do anything because the breaker in the panel box was bad. My mom who is very elderly didn’t know what to do so she randomly picked an electrician off the internet who came out and told her that her entire panel box needed to be replaced at a cost of close to $2500. Oh, no, no, no. That can’t be right. Let’s call Coker Prime. Great decision. AJ from Coker Prime came out and checked EVERY SINGLE BREAKER in her panel box and found them ALL to be fine except for the AC breaker. Not only did he replace the AC breaker but he found several breakers that were incorrectly labeled. He relabeled them and verified that everything was working correctly. He took pictures along the way of the work he was doing and stuck around to make sure she was back up and running. Now days you don’t find customer service as exceptional as what we received from AJ and Coker Prime. Mom and I couldn’t be happier.

Needed a hot tub hook up with 240 volt. It had to have 90 feet of wire run . Called up Coker Prime again ( they’ve done 2 other projects for me) and they sent someone out and an estimate. Hi everyone, I went into Angie’s list and next day Coker Prime staff messaged me asking to contact them with more details. Best decision I made, to good to be true and so easy. Jeff who answered my call asked a couple of questions didn’t give me the runaround, went straight to the point told me the price and range of dates of what I was asking for which was complete replacement of electrical pole and panel. I sent Jeff some pictures of the faulty electrical panel and pole. Jeff always was a text away and answered all my questions when asked. Day off Jeff and Matt went to work finished both replacements by 3:00 pm give or take. I salute these guys for being so efficient and most of all honest
